From PDF to a reviewed draft
A new, optional step between Study Info and Criteria. Skip it and the tool works exactly as it does today.
Upload the study
Add the study PDF and your own AI service key. The full criteria list for the selected study type (in vivo or in vitro) is sent along with the document.
Review side by side
The PDF opens in a large viewer next to the draft. Each criterion shows a proposed score, the reasoning, and a quote with its page. Click a citation to jump straight to that page.
Apply or discard
Nothing touches your assessment until you apply the draft. After that, every score and comment stays editable in the normal Criteria step.
The evaluator stays in charge
A draft, not a verdict
The AI proposes; the evaluator decides. Scoring rules, mandatory criteria and category thresholds are unchanged from the published ToxRTool methodology.
Every answer is traceable
Each draft score comes with the passage it relies on and where to find it, so it can be verified in seconds rather than taken on trust.
